Having the vet really wash out his ears did work. He was clear of ear infections for a week. At $200+ a deep ear washing this wasn't cutting it. After a week of no infections we were back to the stinky, phewwwiee, yeasty, peeling/flaking inside ear skin infections in one or both of his ears. He would scratch at his ears with his paws and sometimes the inside of his ears would bleed.

I went through the Standard vet sponsored "Talk" about, allergies to grass, to food, maybe even you! After listening to this speech from 2 vets at the same animal clinic, it left me feeling like it was hopeless. I was never going to find and cure the root of my pups plague. "The Icky smelly ear infection syndrome". The infected ears would cause his eyes to gunk up as well. Eye bugger city. Really gross because it just came on coming. Clean up his sweet little face at the start of the day. Continue doing this 5-7 times a day until bed time. Start all over again the next day.

I was becoming more and more alarmed that all this infection may harm my pups hearing long term. I was spending at least a hour on his ear cleaning a day. Get my hopes up that it would clear up and be gone. Only to have the cycle start again.

I tried 4 different ear washes. I went through 3 treatments from my vet. I even tried going holistic with vinegar and olive oil.

Then I got determined. Got on the net and started researching.

I was so relieved when this product came to my door step.
I read the directions. I applied it to my pup's very tender and stinky, soupy ears. By the next day his beautiful long black furry ears were about 90% infection free! Couple more days making it 3 days total. 100% ear infection free. I had to pinch myself. I was =SO= glad the ear infection nightmare was over!

Now when I give him a bath I always put a good squeeze of Zymox OTIC Enzymatic Solution in both ears and massage it in deep into his ears.
The skin on the inside of his ears is grey with a bit of healthy pink.
His ear fur is silky and shines. It's free from yeast, peeling skin, soupy brown discharges and best of all....NO more stinky ears!

(More customer reviews)My furbaby did not respond well to this product.Her white fur turned yellow within a few minutes of application and she started to whine as if it was hurting her.I had to wash it off but the yellow stayed for a few days.This is NOT my typical experience with Zymox products.The shampoo, conditioner, and very especially the otic solutions are fabulous!

If your pet has tartar build-up, you should try this; I promise you, you will be glad you did.
Two and a half years ago we found a small poodle on our back porch. I took her to the vet for a check-up, and he estimated her age to be around 9.We were never able to locate her owners, and have come to believe that she was put there by someone who could no longer care for her.Her cataracts were so bad, that she could not see.I have managed to clear them up somewhat with another product.
Her teeth have had some amount of tartar ever since, in spite of having her on another product that is added to her drinking water.
Unwilling to put her through the danger of anesthesia to have her teeth cleaned by the vet, the last time the other product ran out, I came online to order more, and stumbled on this product.
That was only a month ago.
Her teeth now have almost no tartar left, and I fully expect them to be as clean as the pictures on the manufacturer's web site.
It freshens her breath when I spray it on; it has a very pleasant minty smell.
She doesn't much care for the sound of the spray, so when this runs out, I will order the gel.
The price may seem expensive at first look, but this bottle is going to last a long time; I'm guessing about 6 months.
I am absolutely amazed at what this product has done for her teeth, and I could not be happier.
Tartar build up, and teeth decay, can lead to serious complications, such as infection, and heart disease, which can lead to an untimely death if not caught in time.
I gave this a 5 star rating, but it deserves a 10.

His fur was always very hard to rinse with the cup and it would never really do even a halfway decent job. I knew there had to be a better way other than taking him to a groomer. I found this item on Amazon and thought "what the heck". This thing did such a good job, I had to get on here and write a review right after his bath. I couldn't be happier but initially I was worried about two things...

1. Would it reach?
2. Would it spray hard enough? (my guest bathroom doesn't have much water pressure)

I can now answer yes to both questions. It reached and would lay in the tub when I put it down. It also had enough pressure to rinse him thoroughly with no extra suds while drying him off. His bath was quicker also. It was super easy to install and worked exactly as described. I don't know what the PLUS does different than the regular Deluxe model but I thought I might as well get the top of the line item. Like I said in the title, "every pet owner should own one". Even if you take your pet to the groomer, this is a super easy way to rinse off any unexpected dirt or mud quickly that your dog might get into. I highly recommend this product! Thank you Rinse Ace!
