(More customer reviews)I washed dishes as utility person for various kitchens. Frequently the water is so hot, I can hardly put my hands in the water to scrub the pots, sheet pans, hotel pans, and other kitchen gadgets. But with these gloves, I barely feel the heat and can still scrub the pots and pans with soap and scrub pad like scotch brite or a metal one. I have tried nitrile based gloves but they are not heat resistant compared to these. I have even tried steam gloves. This particular pot and sink glove is the best. I may buy a second pair as a backup. No one in the kitchen can wash the pots with such hot water like me because I am protected by these gloves from heat and from the wear and tear due to washing so many pots and pans. I highly recommend them.
