If you try buying the smaller size refill bottles at your local store you end up paying double in the long run. I buy the gallon size and even with shipping I still save over 50.00.

(More customer reviews)I am very pleased with the performance of this product. I was able to erase a pretty long standing "bath tub ring" using a scrub brush and a bit of this. It came off quickly (and I've tried other products on it which did not work) and with little effort on my part. It smells good, though not as good as their general cleaner. It's always fun to find a natural cleaner from an admirable company which works better than conventional, poisonous cleaners. bravo!

(More customer reviews)Unlike the user below - I thought this product worked well. I was able to rid myself of bed bugs (I caught it in early stages), but don't get me wrong, you have to do more than depend on one spray.
It's not going to work instantly, like steam, but it does kill the bugs without poisoning you (unless you're allergic to any of the ingredients like cinnamon). The oils attach itself to the body of bed bugs and dissolves the shell.
The smell will stick around - like with most bug sprays, I suggest ventilation. I also suggest reading how to use it properly so you don't end up with staining your bedding or fabrics - or using too much of the product.

The best part of this product is that is doesn't use pesticides and it is effective (the user before should have read a little bit more about how it kills the bug before assuming it works like Raid on a roach).

I also suggest for the sufferers out there to also use steam in cracks and food grade diatomaceous earth - and to do research how to best apply each measure so you don't waste the little energy you have after probably not getting a full nights sleep.

We use them to line a small covered waste pail, which we call a "cootie bin." We close the bag and empty the pail about once a week, throwing the bag into our compost pile. The bags break down very nicely and fairly quickly. The one thing we have to look out for is that the bags can start to break down in the pail if too much moisture makes it in with the waste and the temperature in the house is warm. I can tell you that's not a mess you clean up more than once. As long as we don't leave the bag in the pail too long, things are fine.

Also, in response to another poster, ethanol is alcohol (including drinking alcohol), pure and simple.As a quote from wikipedia about ethanol: "Ethanol has widespread use as a solvent of substances intended for human contact or consumption, including scents, flavorings, colorings, and medicines."
Basically, ethanol is produced by the fermentation of starch from grains. That just doesn't sound as awful as the previous poster alludes to, in my humble opinion.
