If you try buying the smaller size refill bottles at your local store you end up paying double in the long run. I buy the gallon size and even with shipping I still save over 50.00.

(More customer reviews)I love to try environmentally friendly products, but sometimes they just don't work hard enough.This one is different.My husband gets dirty at work, so dirt and soap scum buildup accumulates quickly at our house.I sprayed the bathroom cleaner, waited about a minute, and then proceeded to wipe it down with a scrubby pad.
I was happily surprised that the soap scum broke down and wiped off easily, and I was left with a nice shine.
Another thing I noticed is that it left a much milder scent than regular scrubbing bubbles, although the scent itself is similar.It also left the tile walls and floors shining nicely. It doesn't contain bleach or ammoinia, instead it is made with plant based cleaners and is not tested on animals. Great product, recommended.

(More customer reviews)This stuff is wonderful. It makes my granite sparkle. Just a quick spritz and wipe, and my counters are clean, shiny, and de-greased. An added plus? It is virtually odorless.

I've used a lot of different granite cleaners, but 409 Natural Stone Cleaner is by far my favorite. Not only it is the most effective granite cleaner I have found, it is also very reasonably priced compared to other specialty granite cleaners. I won't use anything else.

I would rather not have toxic chemical residue from the regular carpet shampoos on his face and in his mouth. It did a good job cleaning my (fairly clean already) light colored carpet and smells quite nice. However, I was a tad disappointed. It is NOT 40:1. The instructions say to use 1.5 to 2.5 oz per gallon of water. I went with the 1.5 and there is no way this bottle will do 3 average sized rooms; I just did my dining nook and small living room and used over half the bottle. If you have medium to large rooms, get more than one bottle.

Also, in response to another poster, ethanol is alcohol (including drinking alcohol), pure and simple.As a quote from wikipedia about ethanol: "Ethanol has widespread use as a solvent of substances intended for human contact or consumption, including scents, flavorings, colorings, and medicines."
Basically, ethanol is produced by the fermentation of starch from grains. That just doesn't sound as awful as the previous poster alludes to, in my humble opinion.
