The Scotch-Brite Sponge Refill listed on this page does NOT appear to be the "SPONGE" refill (3M#481-7-RSC)sold for this product, but rather the "SCRUBBER" refill (3M#482-7-RSC).The scrubber refill scratches teflon and other delicate surfaces, so I want the sponge refill - but you don't seem to carry it.The part number should be listed with the product to eliminate confusion.

After reading all the comments about little or no soap being dispensed, I thought the following info might help.In the spot where the soap dispenses, there is a very small plug which controls the flow which you need to gently pull out and release (not break off) in order to break the vacuum seal. This information is not included in the regular instructions, but rather is written on a small 2-inch square piece of paper in the box. I was getting very frustrated because I had "primed" the soap dispenser at least 30 times and nothing had come out. I noticed the small plug, and while looking through the box again found the small piece of paper with the additional instruction. After that, it worked great! I use a generic version of Soft Soap, and we find the lowest setting dispenses more than enough soap.

In just a few months, the labels on each of them had worn away. I had heard that Oxo had a lifetime satisfaction guarantee on all of their products and I confirmed this by looking at their website. After calling customer service and answering a few questions about the product, they offered to send me replacements FREE, and I didn't have to send the old ones back. I now have two new sets. I'm sticking with OXO products in the future :)

Amazing, isn't it. Best of all, it doesn't now melt or rot away, just as my chevy does not do it neither. So it can last as long as 5 years. Think about how many bars of "normal" soaps you are going to use in 5 years!

(More customer reviews)I recently bought this to replace my previous, 15-year old Rubbermaid dish drainer, which I loved, but which had gotten rusted. This one is not the same design as the previous one.On the original, there was a strip of wire that ran horizontally around the basket, about one inch from the bottom.This strip kept glasses above the edge of the counter.The new design is flimsier and less sanitary, with the edge of the glasses resting on the counter.You also need to be more careful putting the glasses on the prongs on the side, as they could drop against the edge of the counter and crack.
