(More customer reviews)I've had these spoons and the measuring cups for less than a year. We registered for them last year and received them as a gift. In just a few months, the labels on each of them had worn away. I had heard that Oxo had a lifetime satisfaction guarantee on all of their products and I confirmed this by looking at their website. After calling customer service and answering a few questions about the product, they offered to send me replacements FREE, and I didn't have to send the old ones back. I now have two new sets. I'm sticking with OXO products in the future :)
