(More customer reviews)I bought my first of these more than a year ago after installing a glass walled shower that initially seemed to require cleaning every couple days.I find that, with the automatic cleaner installed, I only have to manually clean the glass every few weeks.I'm pleased enough with the results that when my original cleaner died, I replaced it with a new one.Note that this product does have limitations.It won't clean an already dirty shower (clean thoroughly by hand before you install it), it does go through refills fairly quickly (about every 2 weeks), and the cleaning unit itself won't last forever (my first one lasted about a year).All that said, if you're as lazy about shower maintenance as I am, you may find this a welcome convenience.

(More customer reviews)I love this product! It's so sturdy that I can feel comfortable throwing it in my backpack without having to worry about my camera. The strap to hold it in, along with the double zipper, makes me feel safe and secure that the camera won't fall out. It even came with a screen cover to protect my camera. This was definitely worth the money I spent.

(More customer reviews)We purchased two of these over a year ago and have one in a shower and the other in a bath/shower stall.Both work well for awhile and then when the batteries still have half of their life left, the unit will quit working and you must replace the batteries.I've tested the batteries that I take out and they still show as good, but do not have enough juice left to make this work.There is no warning of low battery power, it just won't turn.It might beep, then nothing happens.

The refills are also way to expensive.About $4 each.We've taken to refilling the bottles with a product called Mist and Go that costs a dollar, from the dollar store, for a spray bottle that almost completely refills the bottles used for this.The caps don't come off easily to refill the bottles either, but with a little force they do eventually come off and can be resealed.

Have decided not to use this product any longer.Tired of paying for new batteries monthly and refill bottles if we don't have the Mist and Go on hand.So we will go back to hand spraying the shower and tub with the Mist and Go following each use.

(More customer reviews)Ever since I got the Mr. Clean Magic Reach, I've loved using it. A great tool for pivoting around toilet bowls, and other obstructions, in a bathroom.

But why is it so hard to find refills? If you can find them in a store (try Target or A&P), STOCK UP! I do!

Almost $12 for a refill is just crazy, but if you have tons of disposable income and absolutely no other recourse, I guess this is where you have to get them.

Shame, Mr. Clean, for not stocking retail stores!

(More customer reviews)This is the worst cleaning product I have ever purchased.First, the scrubbing pad does not stick to the handle no matter the amount of wiggling or pressure applied.Second, the scrubbing pad falls apart and separates after minimal use.I had to switch to a new pad just to continue "cleaning".Finally, I have no doubt, had I continued to waste my time, that it would have taken the entire box of pads or more to clean my shower - which wasn't all that dirty to begin with.There is no "cutting through soap scum" as advertised.It simply takes off the top layer and leaves the rest behind.
