It tends to clog vacuums.This product picks it up well with no clogging. It picks up other small messes also.It takes a little effort though, sweeping back and forth.Still think its worth not ruining the vacuum.

(More customer reviews)Normally I really don't care for cleaning wipes or scented anything.I used unscented almost everything.These scrubbing pads are not only durable and full of soap, they smell very nice as well.They do not have an overwhelming scent of perfume, but a nice clean scent that I feel good about when I am done cleaning with.There is enough soap in these scrubbers that my sister told me she can do both of her bathrooms with one scrubber with one pad.I only have one bathroom so I have to take her word for it.She is cheap when it comes to things like that so if she is impressed it has to be great.We'll put that up as a two thumbs way up for these.

(More customer reviews)I ordered my filters and they were shipped from Promax.After doing more research in my area I found the filters about half the price at my local Target store.I posted a review on Amazon stating that I was upset that I had paid more from Amazon/Promax and that even tho I would continue to buy from Amazon, I would not order from Promax again.I received my order and posted my review.I then received 3 phone calls and two e-mails from Promax wanting to know what they could do to resolve my opinion -- David actually told me they "lived and died" by their reviews and asked me to please take down my negative review and they would do whatever they could to make me happy.I was out of town, however, I took my review down on 4/24 and called the company back today, 4/27, to tell them I had taken the review down. Promax rep David, on speaker phone, ask me what price I had bought the same item from from Target, would he be able to go online and verify the price, that he would not refund my shipping, he actually said I knew how much I was paying for the item when I hit "send" on my order, and there was no way they would refund my shipping--I should know that I had to pay shipping when I buy something.Needless to say, I am now extremely unhappy with this whole Promax experience.When they wanted me to take down my review they were absolutely wonderful; after I took down my review I was the idiot.I told them not to worry about any type of refund, to expect my negative review back online.

I would hope anyone out there would run as fast as they could from this company.In this day and age customer service is a must for any business.This company is AWFUL.As I stated before -- I will continue to buy from Amazon, but if what I need is only available from Promax--I will do without.
