(More customer reviews)This item ok, it does clean well. However, the flexibility was not what I expected. I really wanted something that can swivel, I believe, rather than just move from side to side. I have also been unable to get the pole extended. None of the pushing, pulling or twisting that I've tried so far has worked. The cleaning head is replaceable, but I see nothing on the website telling me where to get a replacement.
This product is quite useful; it's just not what I had hoped.
