(More customer reviews)I ordered a gallon of the x-14 and after waiting longer than expected for it to be delivered, I tracked it and found it had been damaged in shipment and thrown away. I contacted the company and they did put thru a refund for me. Seems like the company has an issue with their packing process.I ended up ordering it thru Ace Hardware on line and had a 4 pack delivered directly to my Ace Hardware Store here in town, and the shipping was FREE!
